Ordering Information

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority. When your order ships, you receive a tracking number by e-mail so that you can trace your package as it makes its way to you. Shipping times usually vary from 1 day to Europe/the US/Canada to 4 days to Australia/New Zealand.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The cost of shipping varies from €6.75 within the Netherlands, €28 to the UK, €30 to the US, €32 to Australia/New Zealand to €50 to the Far East/Africa.

Do all prices include tax?

The prices listed on our website do not include tax. However, at checkout prior to payment, the VAT will be display and included in the price, if applicable. (VAT applies only for consumers within the EU.)

Will I have to pay Customs on my order?

If you live in an EU country, the US or Australia, there are no Customs fees on wallpaper. If you live in another country and would like to find out about its Customs policies, please visit this website and enter in the TARIC code for wallpaper: 481428. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

How can I pay?

Depending on your country, we offer a number of different payment methods, such as Master Card, Visa, Sofort, iDeal, PayPal and more. These options will appear automatically during the Checkout process.

Which shipping service do you use to ship my order?

In the Netherlands, all packages are shipped via PostNL. Outside of the Netherlands, all packages are shipped via FedEx International Priority. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow your package as it makes its way to you!

I'm a designer. Can I get a discount?

If you are ordering a large volume of product, please contact us for discount information.

Are your products available elsewhere, for example through a local retail shop or representative?

The products that you see here are available exclusively via this web shop. Our products aren't available in retail stores.

How do I measure my walls?

All of our wallpaper is printed on demand to fit your specific measurements. Please find our comprehensive advice on how to measure your walls here.

How do I install my wallpaper?

Please find our step-by-step installation instructions here. Please note that these instructions are also included with your order.

What is the lead time?

We print all of our wallpaper on demand, once a week (usually on Tuesdays) and ship by FedEx Priority Overnight (usually the following Thursday). This means that your wallpaper will arrive at your door roughly 3-11 days after we have received your order. What types of wallpaper do you offer?

We offer 2 types of wallpaper:

  • Our non-woven fleece wallpaper is recommended for regular consumer use. It is 160 g/m2 and comes on a roll in strips that are 48.7 cm/19.17" wide.
  • Our non-woven vinyl wallcovering is recommended for commercial/contract use. Is is 350 g/m2 and comes on a roll in strips that are 125 cm/49.21" wide
Can I use the wallpaper in a bathroom?

We do not recommend using the wallpaper in very damp areas on account of the fact that the adhesive can break down over time if it is regularly exposed to excessive moisture. Powder rooms, however, are perfectly suitable places to use the wallpaper.

Can I order a sample?

We offer a sample book that includes the following:

  • samples sized 48.5 cm x 34.5 cm (19.1" x 13.6") of each of the wallpapers in the collection
  • a €25 coupon that can be used on a subsequent order of €100 or more
Can I see the wallpaper in a store or showroom?

All of our products are available exclusively via this website. To offer the chance to see and touch the wallpaper in person, we have created a sample book that includes samples of each of the wallpapers in our collection and a €25 coupon on an order of €100 or more. Information about Ellie Cashman Design® Cushion Covers

Are Ellie Cashman Design® Cushion Covers of a high quality?

Yes, Ellie Cashman Design® Cushion Covers are printed on high quality silk, velvet, linen and cotton fabrics. We took our time sourcing these fabrics and are convinced that you will find them as beautiful as we do! The cushion covers are machine sewn and finished with a serger by our trusted seamstress. The cushion cover closure is an invisible zipper. All cushions covers are finished with a logo label at the bottom right corner and a care instructions label on the inside of the cover.

Can I clean the cushion covers?

Yes, all cushion covers can be (dry) cleaned. Specific fabric care instructions can be found in the product descriptions and on labels inside the cushion covers.

Where can I find a cushion insert for my Ellie Cashman Design® Cushion Cover?

Cushion inserts are included with covers up to 60 cm x 40 cm (24" x 16") and 50 cm x 50 cm (20" x 20"). Large cushion covers are shipped without an insert. However, for these larger cushions, we work with standard sizes, so no matter where you live in the world, you’ll be able to purchase the correct sized insert, either online or in a local home furnishings store. The size you will need is indicated in both centimeters and inches in the product descriptions.

Returns and Exchanges

What should I do if the product I order is damaged?

Please get in touch with us using our contact form. We will review your complaint and respond as quickly as possible. You can exchange the damaged product in the original packaging. As soon as we have received the damaged product, we can send you a replacement at no cost to you.

I’m not satisfied with my product. Can I return it?

You can return products within 14 days of receipt. First, get in touch with us using our contact form. It is important that we receive the product undamaged and in its original packaging. Once we’ve received it, we can refund your purchase. We do not cover shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

I have a complaint. Who should I contact?
