15% Silk 85% Rayon.

Plush, soft.

Invisible zipper, small, textile logo label at bottom right, care instructions label located on the inside of the cushion cover, reverse of the cushion is a black linen.



Dry clean and iron on a low setting.


Here, ‘Moonlight Meadow’, a loosely, gesturally-painted floral print, is applied to a soft, supple velvet fabric. Ironically, the enlarged canvas texture of the print evokes a completely different sensory experience than the plush surface of the material it’s printed on. We love that!

On this luxurious fabric, ‘Moonlight Meadow Black’ is a feast for the eyes and the fingers. We like to combine these cuddly-soft cushions with rougher, tougher materials like wood, concrete, cast iron, matte-shiny metals, brick and stone. Candlelight and champagne make good accompaniments as well!

This cushion can be paired beautifully with its 60 cm square counterpart, or with the Rose Decay or Twisting Tulips cushions from our collection.

‘Moonlight Meadow Black’ is also available as velvet fabric by the meter. It can be used to make curtains, cushions, scarves and clothing items.

Our velvet is a blend of 15% silk and 85% rayon, and is (at 220 g/m2) lighter weight and more supple than many velvets. It can be dry cleaned and ironed at a medium temperature. For more information, please see the Product Specifications at right.
