Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email—and you can also find tracking updates in your account page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Average preparation times:
- Wallpaper – Printed on demand, typically ships within 3–5 business days
- Fabric – Made to order, typically ships within 2–3 weeks
- Samples & Other Products – Typically ship within 1–2 business days
Average shipping times (varies by location and carrier):
- Priority Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days
All our products are made in and shipped from The Netherlands.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method, shipping address, and the size of your order.
Which carriers do you use?
In the checkout you can choose from a number of shipping methods and carriers including FedEx, UPS and DHL. Carrier options vary depending on your location.

Will I need to pay tarrifs, customs or import duties?
Whether tariffs, customs, or import duties apply depends on the type of product, the country of origin, and the destination country.
Although our company is established in the United States, all our products are produced in and shipped from the Netherlands (Europe), making the Netherlands the country of origin.
United States
We have always taken care of all tariffs, customs, and import duties for orders shipped to the United States. This policy remains in effect as of our latest update on July 28, 2025. However, please note that this may change in the future due to volatility in tariff policies.
European Union (EU)
There are no tariffs, customs, or import duties on orders shipped to customers in the EU.
Other Countries
For most countries—including, but not limited to, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand—we take care of all tariffs, customs, and import taxes unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us right away—we’ll do our best to update the address before it goes out.
