Dark Floral II on Silk Satin Cushion (60 x 40 cm)

For this 60 x 40 cm (24 x 20 in) rectangular cushion featuring Ellie’s original ‘Dark Floral II Light’ design, we have selected a high quality, medium-weight (82 gr/m2), 100% silk satin fabric with a glossy surface. It can be dry cleaned and ironed at a medium temperature.

We like to combine our feminine flowers and soft, luxurious fabrics like this silk satin with rougher, tougher materials like wood, concrete, cast iron and metal.

This floral print features a giant dahlia and is inspired by the still life paintings of the Dutch Golden Age. ‘Dark Floral II Light’ is painted in a detailed, realistic style, while its composition, scale and impossible proportions are imagined and manipulated for dramatic effect.

This ‘Dark Floral II’ cushion is finished with a care instructions label on the inside, a textile logo label at the bottom right corner and an invisible zipper. The back of the cushion is a black linen. For more information, please see the Product Specifications at right.
