What should I do if the product I order is damaged?

If your ordered product is damaged, please send us an email with a short explanation and pictures of the issue. We'll review your complaint and respond as quickly as possible. You can exchange the damaged product in the original packaging. As soon as we have received the damaged product, we can send you a replacement at no cost.

Can I return or exchange my product?

You can return products within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are undamaged and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@elliecashmandesign.com. We will review your situation and provide you with the return address, which depends on your location.

If you decide to return the product, please ensure it is properly packaged (in its original packaging) to prevent any damage during shipping. Returning the product is at your own cost.

Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs or duties on returns and exchanges.
